3 Skill Levels
3.1 Please call us on 07961 883115 prior to booking on to a course if you are in doubt about the skill level required. Craftworx relies on learners being able to self-assess their own skill level & are happy to assist with this but cannot be held liable if a learner books a course much higher or lower than their actual skill level.
4 What's included
4.1 Unless stated otherwise, studio based courses include the use of all materials, tools & equipment. Please see the individual course details for further information.
5 Health & Safety
5.1 All participants should wear shoes with flat, non-slip soles & covered toes, preferably leather. Learners will not be admitted into the studio without proper footwear.

7.2 After payment is received, you will be invited to join the private Facebook group. Only current course members are able to view the course information.
7.3 Unless otherwise stated, you will have full access to all the course materials for 12 months from the date you are invited to join the group.
7.4 You will be contacted approximately one week prior to the end of your 12 month access period & invited to extend your registration for another year at a discounted price.
8 Interactive Live Online Workshops
8.1 The classes run using the Zoom platform & will be limited to five learners in order for learners to maximise the interaction with Tracey during the class.
8.2 In order for learners to see things clearly they should have access to a device with a good sized screen. Smart phones are not recommended as the screen will be too small to see the finer detail.
8.3 Once learners have registered for a class, they will be sent further information to make sure they are fully prepared on the day.
8.4 Learners will also be sent the Zoom meeting login details & should sign in approximately 15 minutes before the start of the class in order to make sure they are properly connected & can see Tracey's workspace as well as asking any initial questions.
8.5 Craftworx cannot be held responsible if learners experience any technical difficulties due to poor internet connection. Please make sure you know how to connect to Zoom & how to view and pin the screens.
8.6 All classes will start promptly at the designated time & we will not accept any latecomers.
