Tiaras - Beginners

This workshop will take you through the skills and techniques to make a stunning tiara using the finest Swarovski Crystal beads and silver plated wire. We take you through the stages step by step to create one of these beautiful head pieces.

In addition you will also learn how to make hairpins and combs, creating crystal flowers and leaves. Once these basic skills have been learnt you’ll be egar to develop these techniques into your own designs.

This workshop is suitable for complete beginners & also for improvers or jewellery makers who want to learn a new skill.

Included in the day:-

• introduce the tools and equipment, what alternatives are suitable
• preparing the band
• beading the band
• creating bead and wire elements
• adding elements to the band
• fit for comfort
  

Enough beads wire and a hair band is supplied to create the project task. If you require more beads they will be available to purchase from the studio on the day.
 
You will pick up tips on

• making different flower forms
• leaves
• making combs and slides
  

and much more with further samples on display to inspire you.
